Ghee Roast

Ingredients

Raw rice-1cup

urad dal-1/2 cup

cooked rice-1 tbsp

salt

ghee

Preparation

Soak rice and urad dal for 4 hrs, then grind with cooked rice, make fine paste. Rest 6-8 hrs for fermentation. Add salt, mix well. Pour batter to hot dosa tawa, spread over the tawa, spread ghee, make crispy ghee roast.
