Soak 1/4 cup of ragi and greengram overnight, next morning , add this to mixie jar, then add 1 dry chilly, 1 green chilly, ginger, 4 shallots, salt, hing, curry leaves, 3-4 garlic, feenel seeds and water, then grind it into fine paste, then pour the batter to a bowl, heat a tawa, pour 1 laddle of batter, then round it into thin layer, cook it until it become crispy.
