Ingredients
gingelly oil
pineapplw-1/2
green chilly-2-3
garlic
ginger
mustard
fwnugreek
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
hing-1/4 tsp
sugar-3/4 tsp
vinegar-2 tbsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and fenugreek, after popping it well add ginger, garlic, chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, next add pineapple pieces, mix well, add salt and masalas, mix it again, add sugar and vinegar, mix it until it become thick, then turn off flame.
