Soft paalappam

Ingredients

Raw rice-1 cup

cooked rice-1/4 cup

grated coconut-1/2 cup

dried yiest-1/2 tsp

salt

sugar

lukewarm water

Preparation

Wash rice and soak for 4 hrs, then grind rice into fine batter with cooked rice , yiest , salt , sugar,and coconut usning lukewarm water. then rest the batter for 10 minutes. Now you can make soft appam.
