Kaippathiri

Ingredients

Rice flour-2 cup

water-2 cup

coconut-1/2 cup

shallots-2-3

cumin-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Boil water, now add coconut grated into it, then add salt, cumin and shallots, allow it to boil, now add rice flour, and stir well, make sure the flame is low, after 3 minutes turn off flame. Knead rice flour mix well, and make a soft dough, take lemon size ball from the dough and flattern in a pathiri press and cook in a pan.
