Chicken leg Snack for ifthar

ingredients

Preparation

Cut potatoes lengthwise and boil them with salt and turmeric powder. Prepare the filling by sautéing onions, green chilies, and curry leaves in oil. Add ginger-garlic paste and spices like turmeric, chili, coriander, and chicken masala. Mix in crushed, seasoned chicken and cook for two minutes. Add coriander leaves, garam masala, and pepper . Optionally, mix in mozzarella cheese .
Combine the filling with mashed, boiled potatoes. Shape the mixture into balls and insert half-boiled potato pieces . Dip the snacks in a batter of egg, salt, and pepper, then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep-fry until golden brown.
