Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
coconut-1/4 cup
egg-1
lukewarm water-1 cup
yeast-1/4 tsp
sugar-1 tsp
salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients in a mixie jar, grind it well and make a loose batter. Heat unniyappam chatti with oil, pour the batter in each hole, fry both sides well.
