Ingredients
bread slices-8
milk-1/4 cup
vegetables-1/4 cup each
chilly, garlic crushed, coriander leaves
pepper powder
egg-3
mozarella cheese
butter
salt
Preparation
Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and milk into it, whisk well, then add vegetables , mix it . Cut centre portion of the bread, heat the pan, place the bread, then fill with egg mix, add cheese above it, then cover with cut portion of the bread, again add egg mix and cheese above it, cook for 5 minutes, then flip it, and cook again.
