Ingredients
rice flour-1 glass
gram flour-1/2 glass
salt
chilly powder-1 tsp
hing powder-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
coconut oil
water
Preparation
Prepare a dough with rice flour , gram flour, salt, cumin powder, chilly powder, coconut oil and water, make it non sticky, fill it in idiyappam presser with star mould, press murukk to a flat surface, then fry it well,.
