Ingredients

banana-4

rice flour-1 cup

jaggerry -1/2 cup

cardamom-1/2 tsp

cumin-1/2 tsp

salt

ghee-1 tsp

sesame seeds-1 tsp

sugar-1 tsp

Preparation

Mash banana in a bowl, add rice flour and other ingredients one bye one, mix all well and make a thick paste. Take a banana leaf, fold it like cone shape, fill the batter, and seal it, then cook in a steamer.
