First, take two carrots and boil it well, then blend it in a mixie jar, keep this aside. Next boil milk with sugar, boil gelatin in another pan. Mix milk powder and milk in a small glass, pour it to milk. Strain gelatin mix , then pour this too to the milk, add carrot mix also, mix everything well, then transfer it to a bowl, let it cool well, garnish it with cashews and kismis.
